I think to someone who may have once been a bully she's relatable because she changed. And while she didn't ask for forgiveness she did regret it and that's the first step for her. It kind of reminds me of Suga's line in BTS' N.O "we stand upon even our closest friends".Įven Kang So Young is relatable because she regrets her actions. I think this is something that many of us can relate to because many of us feel the pressure to be valedictorian and while everyone else is trying to be it too. Park Min Joon is someone who's forced to be the best and get the best grades by his mom.
I think many teens can relate to her because many of us don't know what we want to do. She studies hard to get into a good college yet she has no idea what she wants to do with her life.
Lee Shi Jin is the one I relate to the most. After all she tried hard to become a model by auditioning to many companies and stuff but at the end of the day she felt she was going nowhere.

It feels as if their life is over and there's nothing else for them to do.Ĭha Song Joo is relatable to those who know what they want to do with their life but don't know how to do it. At an age like that kids who have started to form careers and live out their dreams might feel entirely hopeless when they have an accident. Han Yi An felt hopeless after an accident he had that made him feel like swimming (what he considered his life) was over. Unfortunately many kids grow up in pretty bad households which hurt a child emotionally. Gong Tae Kwang grew up to be a "problematic" child because he had a bad home life and didn't have anyone to speak to about how he was feeling. And while we might not bear the guilt of death there's probably people who are bystanders to bullying or anything really and we need to speak up. She could have just asked her if she was okay but she didn't do it. Go Eun Byul carried the guilt of not speaking up about her friend who died. I'm sure many people could relate to her. We make it sound easy to speak up but the to the victim it's an extremely hard thing. I saw a lot of comments saying how she was weak for not speaking up and comments like that prove that there is a problem in how we see bullying. Go Eun Bi was bullied to the point that she didn't dare speak up out of fear. Each and every single student in this drama is relatable to someone. And to add to her problems Kang So Young transfers to her school and immediately recognizes her and is convinced that she is the "dead" Lee Eun Bi and not Go Eun Byul.įirst off all the characters. Eventually she slowly starts to get her memories back while cause her to feel guilt. While attending school she meets Gong Tae Kwang a "problematic" student. Believing that she is Go Eun Byul she starts to live her sister's life. Some time later Lee Eun Bi wakes up in a hospital with amnesia and is mistaken for Go Eun Byul. At the same time Lee Eun Bi attempted suicide by jumping off a bridge after being wrongly accused of hurting her bully Kang So Young and getting expelled from school. One day while on a school trip to Lee Eun Bi's hometown, Go Eun Byul disappears. She is very popular and is even childhood friends with Han Yi An, another very popular student and quite famous as a swimmer. Go Eun Byul was adopted by a kind, loving woman and she studies in one of the most prestigious schools in Seoul.
Lee Eun Bi remained at the orphanage and went to a school where she was bullied every single day by her classmate Kang So Young. Lee Eun Bi and Go Eun Byul are twins that were separated when Eun Byul was adopted at 5.
